Dr. Susan Fulmer left Lakeside ENT & Allergy, LLC on July 31, 2023.  Dr. Fulmer will continue to practice in the Rochester area with the University of Rochester Department of Otolaryngology.  

 

You, as a patient, have the right to select a provider, and both Lakeside and Dr. Fulmer welcome the opportunity to continue to serve as your provider.
