Mariana Solano

Born in California, raised in Niagara Falls, I relocated to the Finger Lakes region in 2003. I earned my business degree from Finger Lakes Community College and began my career with Lakeside in 2019 as a medical scribe.

Through progressive roles, I now serve as Director of Clinical Services, where I oversee clinical staff management and training, supervise daily clinical workflows across multiple office locations, and manage clinical supplies and equipment. I am passionate about supporting clinical teams, and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two daughters and embracing new adventures whenever possible.
