Rose Bradley-Phillips

I began my career in healthcare in 2000 and joined the Lakeside team in 2015. I currently serve as the Director of Human Resources and Procedures, where I oversee policies, processes, and employee support initiatives. I enjoy the daily challenges of my role and am passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture. I look forward to many more years at Lakeside, working alongside our dedicated and amazing staff.
